Regular Exercise during Pregnancy

At least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity such as walking, yoga, etc. every day of the week – only after consulting with your doctor!

Ask your doctor if exercising is safe for you!

Things to Follow While Exercising

  • Wear comfortable clothes and shoes

  • Finish eating at least 1 hour before exercising

  • Drink plenty of water

  • Avoid sudden movement to prevent dizziness
