Regular Exercise during Pregnancy
At least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity such as walking, yoga, etc. every day of the week – only after consulting with your doctor!
Ask your doctor if exercising is safe for you!
Things to Follow While Exercising
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes
- Finish eating at least 1 hour before exercising
- Drink plenty of water
- Avoid sudden movement to prevent dizziness
