A 10-year-old Colombian boy with chronic multifocal pain was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) after experiencing social difficulties, sensory sensitivities, and school bullying. Medical tests showed no abnormalities. A multimodal treatment plan, including pain management, melatonin for sleep, and social support, led to reduced pain, better sleep, improved coping, and enhanced social integration.
