Allergic Shiners in a Patient with Cough-variant Asthma: A Case Report

A 38-year-old female presented with a persistent cough and a heliotrope rash. She was diagnosed with cough-variant asthma, triggered by antiseptic solutions. Treatment included an empirical asthma trial and avoiding antiseptic exposure. After 2-weeks, her cough resolved, the rash disappeared, and pulmonary function tests improved with no recurrence.
