This slide deck gives an over view of the endothelial system receptors and its role in the pathogenesis for pulmonary arterial hypertension. It also gives an over view of the various efficacy trials of bosentan used in various clinical scenarios associated with pulmonary arterial hypertension such as congenital heart disease, HIV infection and digital ulcers.
