A 14-year-old girl with an otogenic cerebellar abscess, chronic ear infection, neurological deficits, and seizures was treated conservatively with intravenous antibiotics (metronidazole, ceftriaxone), phenytoin for seizures, and ear drops. The abscess resolved fully after 6 weeks, with complete recovery from neurological symptoms and seizures.
